Genitourinary Pathologist — Northeast Region

Overview

Santé Consulting has been engaged to conduct a national search for a fellowship-trained Genitourinary Pathologist to join a premier private practice in the beautiful New England region ideally located between New York City and Boston. The candidate will be board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, fellowship-trained in Genitourinary Pathology, and bring strong diagnostic skills. Current fellows and board certified practicing genitourinary pathologists are encouraged to apply.

This position is with a well-established, hospital and outpatient based, single-specialty pathology group. The group provides services to several community hospitals as well as outpatient gastroenterology practices, with significant volumes of GU pathology cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cases will focus on genitourinary pathology

  • Participate in clinical pathology oversight and quality initiatives

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, teams, and referring physicians

  • Contribute to continuous improvement and diagnostic excellence within the group

Candidate Qualifications

  • MD or DO with board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP)

  • Fellowship training in Genitourinary Pathology (other AP subspecialties may be considered)

  • Current fellows and board certified practicing genitourinary pathologists are encouraged to apply

  • Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in Connecticut and Massachusetts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated success working in a community-based hospital pathology setting
