Renal Pathologist

A well-established academic medical center in the Northeast is seeking a Renal Pathologist to join its Department of Pathology. The department is looking for a board certified AP/CP pathologist with strong diagnostic skills who enjoys practicing pathology, teaching, and research in a collaborative academic environment.

This position offers the opportunity to develop a focused renal pathology practice while participating in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. Faculty appointment is available at a rank commensurate with experience and academic accomplishments. The department supports multidisciplinary collaboration and encourages scholarly activity.

Qualifications

  • MD, DO, or MD/PhD
  • Board certified or board eligible in Anatomic Pathology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the state
  • Fellowship training or demonstrated expertise in Renal Pathology preferred
  • Candidates with fellowship training or expertise in another surgical pathology subspecialty are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in medical education and academic practice
